Expressing interest alone does not guarantee a place in the hackathon.Hackathon Format & StagesStage 1: Registration & Team FormationRegister your team before the deadline. Each team must have 2–4 registered participants.Stage 2: Surprise Challenge Reveal28 October 2026 | NCU CampusAt the beginning of the hackathon, InfraOne School of AI will reveal a surprise topic or project brief to each participating team.No problem statements will be disclosed beforehand.Stage 3: AI-Powered Development SprintDuration: 4 HoursTeams will have four hours to design, develop, and test a working project based on their assigned challenge.Participants may use AI-powered development tools, coding assistants, and other permitted technologies.Stage 4: Project SubmissionBefore the four-hour development window ends, teams must submit their GitHub repository link through the designated InfraOne submission portal.Repositories must be accessible to judges and include appropriate setup and review instructions.Stage 5: Top 10 Finalist PresentationsThe judging panel will evaluate the submissions and shortlist the Top 10 teams.Shortlisted teams will present their projects live in the NCU auditorium.Stage 6: Final Evaluation & WinnersA joint judging panel consisting of 3 InfraOne judges and 2 NCU faculty members will evaluate the finalist presentations and select the Top 3 winning teams.Prizes & RewardsTotal Prize Value: ₹1,55,0001st Prize – Winning Team₹7,500 cash prize4 InfraOne GenAI Bootcamp enrolments, valued at ₹35,000 eachInfraOne T-shirt for every team memberCertificate for every team member2nd Prize – First Runner-Up₹5,000 cash prizeInfraOne goodies3rd Prize – Second Runner-Up₹2,500 cash prizeAdditional Opportunities & BenefitsInternship Interview Opportunity: Every member of the Top 3 teams will receive an opportunity to interview for an internship with InfraOne School of AI.
